Start with one device, free and without card details. Paid plans differ by the data types they search for: personal data, card data, or both. Each one covers a set number of devices and users, and you can add more of either.

You create an account and land in the checkout with the free plan already selected. No card details are collected. From there you download the agent, enrol the device with the code you're given, and run your first scan.
One device and one user, with a 500 GB monthly scanning limit and one scan. You choose personal data or card data as the scan type. The findings dashboard, masked previews, and scan history all work as they do on paid plans. Special category data, OCR, and DSAR search are not included on the free plan.
Not for the free plan. Paid plans are activated once payment is confirmed, so a card (or an invoice arrangement) is needed at that point.
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We'll retry the payment and send you a notification. You'll have a 7-day grace period before scanning is paused. Your data is never deleted.
No. Your findings, reports, and audit logs are retained in read-only mode. You can reactivate at any time to resume scanning.
Each plan includes a set number of seats and assets. If you exceed those limits, overage charges apply per extra seat or asset per month.
Seats are user accounts with login access. Assets are registered devices being scanned. A plan includes a set number of each, and you can buy more of either.
Mailbox scanning, OCR for image-based documents, and cloud or external drive scanning extend what the agent looks at. They're priced separately from the base plan - contact us and we'll quote for your estate.
